(“Eolas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information obtained through the publicly accessible portions of our website, including eolas.co and any other Eolas webpages that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Site”). It also explains your rights and choices with respect to your personal information and how to contact us.
This Policy applies only to general, public-facing website interactions. It does not apply to Eolas’s subscription platform, services, or applications available behind a login or paywall, nor to information processed in connection with our services for customers. Your access to and use of the Eolas platform and related services, and Eolas’s processing of personal information on behalf of customers, are governed by the applicable Master Subscription Agreement (“MSA”) or order form, and, if appended to or incorporated into the MSA, any addenda (“Addenda”), as well as any service-specific privacy or data security terms referenced therein.

We collect personal information from or about you in the following ways, depending on how you interact with the Site:
Information you provide to us. We collect information you submit through the Site, such as when you complete our “contact us” form, sign up for communications, download materials, request a demo, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, mailing address, the content of your inquiry, and any other information you choose to provide.
Information collected automatically. When you visit or interact with the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information about your browser or device and your interaction with the Site. This may include device identifiers and device type, browser type and settings, operating system, IP address, general location derived from your IP address, page views and referring/exit pages, dates and times of visits, clickstream and usage data, and similar technical information. Any processing of personal information in connection with customer use of the Eolas platform or services is governed by the applicable MSA and, if appended to or incorporated into the MSA, any Addenda. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the MSA or any Addenda with respect to service-related processing, the MSA and any Addenda control.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates when this Policy was last revised. Any changes will be effective when we post the revised Policy on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
